Returns & refunds

Because Herbaura is a food supplement, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles for hygiene and safety reasons. But we've got you covered if something goes wrong.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

• Tell us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+917034007797) with your order ID and a photo or unboxing video.
• We will send a free replacement, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

Cancellations

• You can cancel free of charge any time before the order ships — just message us.
• Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping are refunded in full.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by UPI or bank transfer.
