Is it really sugar-free?

Can I take it on an empty stomach?
Yes, it's gentle enough. If you have a sensitive stomach, take your gummy after breakfast.

Is it vegan? Does it have gelatin?
100% vegan. We use fruit pectin instead of animal gelatin.

Can I eat more than one gummy a day?
Stick to the recommended 1 gummy a day. Taking more does not give faster results.
Can I take it with other supplements?
Usually yes, but if you take regular medication or other supplements, check with your doctor first.
Is it suitable for both men and women?

How should I store the gummies?
