Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- You received a damaged / wrong / missing product
- You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products (hygiene & safety reasons)
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Orders placed with wrong address/phone number
Return Process
To request a return:
- Email us at support@herbaura.in
- Share order ID + unboxing video/photos
- Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 business days
Refund Process
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to original payment method
- Refund timeline: 5–10 business days depending on bank/payment provider
Replacement
In eligible cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund.
