Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged / wrong / missing product
  • You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (hygiene & safety reasons)
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Orders placed with wrong address/phone number

Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@herbaura.in
  2. Share order ID + unboxing video/photos
  3. Our team will verify and respond within 2–3 business days

Refund Process

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to original payment method
  • Refund timeline: 5–10 business days depending on bank/payment provider

Replacement

In eligible cases, we may offer replacement instead of refund.
